It is with great pleasure that I can announce that the Waswo X. Waswo Collection of Indian Printmaking will become a travelling exhibition in 2012.
The Bangalore-based art historian and curator Lina Vincent Sunish has been hard at work developing a creatively thematic way to present selected works from the collection in a cohesive and accessible manner.
Premiering at the Visual Arts Gallery of the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi in August, it will then travel to the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA), Bangalore, where it will be on view in September. Further venues may soon be announced.
